Gandalf the Grey

I did this illustration for the ‘Character Design Challenge’ Facebook group; the theme for the month was Middle Earth. After the tight rendering on my recent pic of 'Ms. Bison' came out so well, I opted again for a pretty tight illustration. I’m pleased with how this came out. We had some pretty heavy winds here in Northern California this past week and power lines got blown out twice in one day... So I spent some of that time sans electricity working on this in Procreate on my iPad. (The rest of it was in Photoshop after the power was restored.)
